ADHESIVES and SEALANTS 

Room temperature vulcanizing silicone sealant adheres to virtually any surface, including metal, glass, wood, rubber, ceramic, plastic, paint. It is used for fastening, insulating, caulking, weatherproofing, gasketing, bonding, and sealing. 

It cures at room temperature. Surface cure occurs in 1 hour, and full cure occurs in 24 hours. It seals against water, air, chemical, oil, and grease. It provides excellent weatherability and extreme flexibility and will not crack or harden. Standard cure is not for use on or near engine sensors. It is a one part silicone that requires no mixing and produces no waste.

Room temperature vulcanizing make a gasket silicone sealant is used on exhaust manifolds, flanges, axle covers, oil pans, water pumps, thermostat covers, intake manifolds, timing gear covers, thermostat housings, and as a body seam sealer. 

It is non-corrosive and safe on aluminum. It provides a 15 minute cure that allows immediate assembly. It is low volatile and low odor. It improves resistance to oil, grease, anti-freeze, and transmission fluid.

High temperature room temperature vulcanizing silicone sealant supplied in 3 oz tubes is high-temp rated, except oxygen sensor safe formulations. It meets or exceeds OEM requirements.

Room temperature vulcanizing silicone sealant variants include blue, black, and aluminum types. These materials perform permanent, flexible seals, are waterproof, and cure by room temperature vulcanization.

Tube dispenser handle equipment is used for improved handling and dispensing of room temperature vulcanizing silicone or other materials supplied in a flexible tube. It enables easier application with less effort and reduces mess.

Black high performance room temperature vulcanizing silicone gasket maker is used for valve covers, oil pans, and timing covers. It provides a flexible, durable gasket replacement. It provides excellent oil resistance.

Siliconized acrylic latex caulk has an acrylic base that is resistant to oxidation and U-V rays. Siliconized acrylic latex caulk does not require priming. Siliconized acrylic latex caulk can be painted with latex or oil-based paints.

High strength synthetic adhesive/sealant eliminates the need for any other glue kit. High strength synthetic adhesive/sealant is an epoxy, silicone, rubber cement, or glue kit. 

High strength synthetic adhesive/sealant is extremely flexible, even underwater. High strength synthetic adhesive/sealant is non-corrosive. High strength synthetic adhesive/sealant is self-leveling and is also non-slump for vertical and overhead applications. High strength synthetic adhesive/sealant is paintable with both oil and water base paints. 

High strength synthetic adhesive/sealant has a hardness of 75 to 85 Shore A. High strength synthetic adhesive/sealant has an elongation of 700 percent. High strength synthetic adhesive/sealant has a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 150 degrees F.

Brushable resin paste sealant is a resin based brushable paste that remains permanently flexible, adheres to internal surfaces, and fills voids. Brushable resin paste sealant is ideal for metal and plastic materials subject to extreme vibrations.

Impact-resistant cyanoacrylate instant adhesive uses unique rubber particles to increase impact-resistance and strength. Impact-resistant cyanoacrylate instant adhesive uses an anti-clog metal pin. Impact-resistant cyanoacrylate instant adhesive has a thicker formula for easy flow control.

Quick cure adhesive cures 8X’s faster than original. Quick cure adhesive bonds metal, ceramic, glass, wood, foam, and more. Quick cure adhesive supports repairs that do not need clamping repositioning time. 

Quick cure adhesive sets up in 30 to 60 minutes. Quick cure adhesive is strong, flexible, and water resistant.

Multipurpose adhesive bonds metal, ceramics, wood, stone plastic, and more. Multipurpose adhesive is used on household, automotive, industrial, and construction applications. Multipurpose adhesive is 100 percent waterproof. Multipurpose adhesive expands 3 times its volume. Multipurpose adhesive dries to a dark brown.

Liquid electrical tape seals out moisture, dirt, and corrosion in tight places that cannot be reached with ordinary tape. Liquid electrical tape sticks to metal, rubber, vinyl, and plastic. Liquid electrical tape forms a tough, flexible, black coating that dries at room temperature in minutes. Non-hardening gasket sealant has a temperature range of -65 degrees F to 400 degrees F. Non-hardening gasket sealant holds pressure to 5,000 PSI.

Brushable non-hardening gasket sealant is excellent for sealing flange gaskets, water pumps, coolant, and heating hose connections. 

Brushable non-hardening gasket sealant is a non-hardening, brushable sealant. Brushable non-hardening gasket sealant conforms to MIL-S-45180C (ORD) Type II.

Spray adhesive is a fast drying adhesive with aggressive tack for strong bonding. Spray adhesive is a clear multi-purpose adhesive. Spray adhesive is a low mist formula spray on glue. Spray adhesive bonds plastics, foams, papers, and cardboards.

Brushable high tack adhesive-sealant is a brushable adhesive-sealant. Brushable high tack adhesive-sealant sets up fast and remains extra tacky to hold the heaviest gaskets in place. Brushable high tack adhesive-sealant is red in color. 

Brushable high tack adhesive-sealant has a temperature range of -65 degrees F to +500 degrees F. Brushable high tack adhesive-sealant is supplied in a brush top can.

Aerosol spray gasket sealant is a spray sealant in aerosol form. Aerosol spray gasket sealant sets up fast and remains tacky to hold gaskets in place.

Copper spray gasket sealant has the same properties as copper form-a-gasket. Copper spray gasket sealant seals metal and rubber gaskets in high temperature applications up to 550 degrees F. 

Copper spray gasket sealant works on paper and cork as well as hard surfaces and absorbs and seals cracked gaskets. Copper spray gasket sealant contains metallic copper to help dissipate heat.

Fuel and oil stick sealant is used for temporary repair of gasoline leaks from the outside with no need to drain the tank or equipment first. Fuel and oil stick sealant works on all types of fuel, gasoline, jet fuel, diesel, oils, and alkalies. Fuel and oil stick sealant is approved for government usage under Fed. Spec. No. SSO-SS-5481. Fuel and oil stick sealant holds pressure up to 15 PSI.

Instant cyanoacrylate adhesive is a general purpose instant adhesive. Instant cyanoacrylate adhesive provides a strong bond up to 5000 psi. Instant cyanoacrylate adhesive works instantly. Instant cyanoacrylate adhesive is used on rubber, glass, plastic, vinyl, aluminum, alloys, dissimilar, and other non-porous surfaces.

Instant adhesive bonds on oily surfaces works on any oily and dirty surfaces. Instant adhesive bonds on oily surfaces is stronger than regular instant adhesives and super glues. Instant adhesive bonds on oily surfaces bonds all surfaces except polyethylene and polypropylene. Instant adhesive bonds on oily surfaces sets in seconds.

Instant cyanoacrylate adhesive is a one drop adhesive. Instant cyanoacrylate adhesive instantly bonds metal, rubber, ceramics, and most plastics with non-porous surfaces. Instant cyanoacrylate adhesive forms a super strong bond in seconds.

Gel cyanoacrylate instant adhesive is a super instant adhesive performance version with a non-run gel formula that allows for application even on vertical surfaces. Gel cyanoacrylate instant adhesive works on porous and non-porous applications. Gel cyanoacrylate instant adhesive is used on metal, plastics, rubber, vinyl, paper, wood, textiles, ceramics, china, and cork.

Plastic repair adhesive system repairs plastic and bonds all plastics, even polyethylene and polypropylene. Plastic repair adhesive system requires no mixing. Plastic repair adhesive system requires surface preparation with activator followed by application of bonding agent and bonding of the parts.

UV-curing repair patch bonds to virtually any surface. UV-curing repair patch uses a peel and stick application. Thread treatment sticks use a semi-solid thread treatment formula in stick form. Thread treatment sticks reduce mess and will not drip, spill, or leak. Thread treatment sticks are convenient and portable.

High strength threadlocker requires heat and hand tools to remove.

Heat-activated epoxy sealing stick is applied by melting the stick into the hole or crack and curing for a few seconds, and the job is done in 90 seconds. 

Heat-activated epoxy sealing stick is used for aluminum, copper, other metals, glass, and ceramics. Heat-activated epoxy sealing stick is ideal on the high and low side of refrigeration systems. Heat-activated epoxy sealing stick is a one-part epoxy that requires no mixing or measuring. 

Heat-activated epoxy sealing stick forms a durable epoxy that remains flexible to expand and contract with the metal surface. Heat-activated epoxy sealing stick will not chip or crack like brittle epoxies. Heat-activated epoxy sealing stick has a sealing temperature up to 350 degrees F (177 degrees C). Medium strength removable thread lock is used for fasteners up to 3/4 inch dia. Medium strength removable thread lock is resistant to gasoline, antifreeze, transmission fluid, and oil.

Thread sealant with Teflon is used in air, water, oil, gas, and hydraulic systems. Thread sealant with Teflon has a temperature range of -60 degrees F to +300 degrees F. Thread sealant with Teflon has a pressure rating of 0 to 5000 psi. 

Thread sealant with Teflon is solvent resistant to water, diluted acids, alkalies (10 percent), ethylene glycol, and petroleum lubricating oil. Thread sealant with Teflon lubricates threads and prevents corrosion.

Thread sealant with Teflon never hardens. Thread sealant with Teflon is brushable to -50 degrees F. Thread sealant with Teflon lubricates threads for easy disassembly. Thread sealant with Teflon has a pressure range up to 3,000 PSI. Thread sealant with Teflon is a liquid, non-drip sealant. Thread sealant with Teflon seals and fills voids. Thread sealant with Teflon is non-toxic.

Threadlocker tape provides threadlocking in a tape form. Threadlocker tape can be pre-applied for future assembly. Threadlocker tape provides the same reliability and performance as Loctite removable grade threadlocking liquids. 

Threadlocker tape locks, seals, and assembles. Threadlocker tape is available in purple, blue, red, and green. Threadlocker tape requires a number of wraps dependent upon the size of the fastener, and for a typical 3/8 inch bolt, 2 to 3 wraps are used.

Thread sealing tape seals and lubricates all pipe fittings, including joints of dissimilar materials. Thread sealing tape is used on air, steam, oxygen, hydraulics, and refrigeration lines. Thread sealing tape seals permanently and is easy to disassemble. 

Thread sealing tape withstands pressures to 10,000 psi. Thread sealing tape has a temperature range of -400 degrees F to +500 degrees F. Thread sealing tape is not affected by acids, gases, solvents, gasoline, oils, or grease. Thread sealing tape is non-flammable, non-toxic, and will not dry out.

Medium strength gel threadlocker is a medium strength anaerobic gel threadlocker designed for locking threaded fasteners from 1/4 inch to 3/4 inch in diameter that require disassembly with standard hand tools. Medium strength gel threadlocker exhibits good temperature and solvent resistance. Medium strength gel threadlocker uses a no-drip gel formula.

High strength gel threadlocker is a high strength anaerobic gel threadlocker designed to permanently lock fasteners up to 1 inch in diameter. High strength gel threadlocker exhibits good temperature and solvent resistance. High strength gel threadlocker uses a no-drip gel formula.

Green retaining compound is an anaerobic retaining adhesive for all types of cylindrical assemblies. Green retaining compound provides controlled high strength with good temperature and solvent resistance against water and non-polar solvents after cure. Green retaining compound cures rapidly on plated, oily metal surfaces or inactive surfaces.

UV-curing adhesive sets only with UV light. UV-curing adhesive dries clear and provides a high strength bond. UV-curing adhesive can be drilled, sanded, or painted. UV-curing adhesive repairs plastic, glass, metal, and fiberglass.

Pipe sealant with Teflon is certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 61 for use in potable water systems. Pipe sealant with Teflon is formulated on metal, tapered thread fittings. Pipe sealant with Teflon cures rapidly to withstand 10,000 PSI. Pipe sealant with Teflon pre-coats galling, rust, and corrosion. Pipe sealant with Teflon contains no petroleum based ingredients.

Structural adhesive provides more than 8,000 lbs tensile strength. Structural adhesive is used in industrial, marine, automotive, and aerospace applications. Structural adhesive bonds plastics, metals, composites, wood, concrete, and dissimilar substrates. Structural adhesive is environment friendly. 

Structural adhesive is 100 percent solids with low VOC. Structural adhesive provides rapid cure at room temp. Structural adhesive requires no heat or UV. Structural adhesive dispenses through hand held dispensers or meter mix equipment. Structural adhesive may be drilled, tapped, sanded, machined, and painted after cure. 

Structural adhesive requires no surface preparations such as sanding or grinding. Structural adhesive bonds thin or sheet metal where dimpling or scorching of the metal due to welding is not acceptable. Structural adhesive allows unused portions to be resealed and saved.

Epoxy repair stick hardens in 20 minutes and cures full strength in 24 hours. Epoxy repair stick can be tapped, sawed, drilled, machined, stained, or painted after 45 minutes. Epoxy repair stick bonds to damp or wet surfaces and works under water. 

Epoxy repair stick is used in areas where welding is impossible. Epoxy repair stick cures to a black color. Epoxy repair stick provides 12,000 PSI compressive strength. Epoxy repair stick provides 6,000 PSI tensile strength.

High temperature steel-filled epoxy stick withstands temperatures up to 500 degrees F. High temperature steel-filled epoxy stick uses a steel filled formula that creates an extremely tough, durable, rock-hard bond to a wide range of metals and plastics. 

High temperature steel-filled epoxy stick cures in minutes and can be drilled, filed, tapped, or machined in one hour. High temperature steel-filled epoxy stick is applied by tearing off the amount required, kneading until color changes completely, and applying.

Two-part epoxy adhesive is impact resistant and water and solvent resistant. Two-part epoxy adhesive bonds steel, wood, aluminum, ceramic, tile, and 90 percent of all plastics. Two-part epoxy adhesive uses a reusable syringe and mixing tray. Two-part epoxy adhesive cures to a clear color. Two-part epoxy adhesive is gap filling. Two-part epoxy adhesive provides 3,300 PSI.

Fast cure epoxy adhesive bonds, seals, and repairs plastic, fiberglass, channels, trim, broken plastic grills, and cracked or broken castings. It contains 10 pre-measured mixer cups. It provides no mess, no guess, and no waste. It bonds in 5 to 15 minutes. The color is grey.

Metal-filled epoxy adhesive repairs iron, steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, wood, porcelain, ceramic, and some plastics. It is a metal filled cold weld that withstands heat and vibration. It reaches full cure in 12 hours. It provides 3,980 psi tensile strength and is heat resistant to 500°F.

Quick-setting metal-filled epoxy adhesive repairs iron, steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, wood, porcelain, ceramic, and some plastics. It sets in 4 minutes and reaches full cure in 4 to 6 hours. The formulation consists of biodegradable surfactants and emulsifying agents selected to solubilize nonpolar contaminants and convert them into stable oil-in-water emulsions. This mechanism allows petroleum-based soils to be dispersed into the aqueous phase and removed by rinsing. 

The emulsifier system is intended to promote complete breakdown of oil films at the surface interface, reducing redeposition during wash-down. Low-foam behavior is engineered to support use in spray, immersion, pressure washing, and steam-cleaning systems without excessive entrainment of air.

Compatibility with hot or cold water, as well as soft or hard water, is achieved through surfactant selection that maintains emulsification efficiency across a range of ionic conditions. The formulation is also miscible with selected hydrocarbon solvents, enabling its use as a solvent-emulsion cleaner for heavily contaminated surfaces where enhanced solvency is required. In these applications, agitation produces a temporary emulsion that improves wetting and penetration into thick oil and grease deposits.

Cleaning action relies on surface wetting, penetration into contaminant layers, emulsification, and subsequent removal by mechanical agitation and water rinsing. Contact time allows the surfactant system to disrupt cohesive forces within the soil layer, after which mechanical energy or fluid flow completes removal. The formulation does not include corrosion inhibitors for ferrous substrates and therefore does not prevent oxidation of unprotected carbon steel in aqueous environments.

The degreaser is suitable for use on non-ferrous metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and chrome, as well as on painted surfaces, masonry, concrete, flooring materials, and general industrial equipment. Rinsing with potable water is required when used in regulated food-processing environments to remove residual surfactant and emulsified contaminants.
