Fuel System Parts
Fuel system parts include fuel injection hose, Type G fuel injection hose clamps, fuel, emission, PCV, vacuum and wiper hose, and universal hose fittings.
Fuel injection hose is designed for high-pressure applications and meets or exceeds the performance requirements of Chrysler MS2A25, General Motors GM6136M, Ford ESE M2D25A, American Motors AM 355, and SAE 30R9. Premium SAE 30R9 fluorinated nitrile hose is impervious to emission and fuel permeation, specifications commonly encountered during fuel system service and replacement work performed by car service shops throughout Warren County, New York.
The Hypalon outer tube and cover resists harsh underhood conditions. Burst strength exceeds 900 PSI. The hose can be used with virtually all fuels including gasoline, gasohol, and diesel. It is intended for domestic and import fuel injected vehicles.
Type G fuel injection hose clamps include a full 360 degree unbroken inner band. These clamps are required for fuel injection hoses. They have rounded edges and a hex slotted screw head.
Fuel, emission, PCV, vacuum, and wiper hose uses a Hypalon outer cover for temperatures up to 275 degrees F. It uses a nitrile inner tube fuel line that resists alcohol, ethanol, methanol, and most other gasoline additives. It includes heavy synthetic reinforcement rated up to 250 PSI burst pressure. Heavy wall vacuum hose is kink resistant, heat resistant, and will not collapse. Fuel line hose is not for fuel injection systems.
Universal fittings include a 5-way hose tee, hose tees, Y hose connectors, hose elbows, F hose elbows, and hose connectors.
Crankcase ventilation hose tees are available for Ford Motor Co. products and General Motors products.
Reducing hose connectors include a universal connector.
Vacuum line caps are for universal application. They are made from a heat resistant rubber compound. They provide almost 100 percent coverage of all makes and models.
Hose fittings and vacuum caps include hose fittings.
Heavy duty return springs are universal return springs.
Pedal return springs are for universal application. Assorted pedal return springs are used for clutches, brakes, and accelerators.
Hanger clamps are used for mounting brake, fuel, and A/C lines and for other securing applications. They are made of zinc plated steel and include an antivibration rubber cushion that helps prevent wear and damage. The clamp is 1/2 inch wide and mounts with a 1/4 inch screw or bolt. It uses a wrap around design with a single point attachment. The flexible material conforms easily for securing long lasting applications. The clamp includes an anti-vibration rubber cushion.

Fuel Filters
Fuel filters are specified as universal in-line assemblies and as vehicle-specific assemblies for General Motors and for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury applications.
Universal fuel filters are available in 5/16 inch in-line all-metal construction for domestic and import applications and include hoses and clamps. Universal fuel filters are also available in 3/8 inch in-line see-through nylon construction for domestic and import applications.
Additional universal fuel filters are available in 5/16 inch in-line see-through nylon construction for domestic and import applications, include hoses and clamps, and are specified so that one filter fits both 6 mm and 8 mm fuel hose. This universal fitment is specified for all gasoline applications including fuel, carburetor, counter, and EFI systems, and is listed for Honda, Opel, Porsche, Renault, Saab, Volkswagen, and many other imports.
Fuel filters for General Motors applications include a unit with metric thread inlet and outlet at 16 mm × 1.50 pitch. This configuration applies to General Motors production vehicles, Isuzu, Jaguar, and Rover applications across the specified model years. This unit is specified as 100 percent stainless steel for EFI systems mounted near the fuel tank.
General Motors applications also include a fuel filter specified with M16 × 1.5 outlet and 3/8 inch inlet. Fuel filters for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury applications include a unit specified with 5/16 inch inlet and outlet for various four-cylinder, six-cylinder, and V8 engines across Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury passenger vehicles. This unit includes steel retaining clips. Additional Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury applications include a 5/16 inch inlet and outlet fuel filter for Ford trucks and vans with V6 and V8 engines across the specified model years.

Fuel line repair includes a fuel line replacement kit specified as a direct replacement for OEM manufacturers. The kit requires no special insertion tools, no special disconnects, and uses thumb-release connections. Universal quick-connect compatibility is specified for General Motors, Chrysler, and Ford applications, with typical installations completed in less than five minutes.
A fuel line accessory kit is specified to increase the versatility of the fuel line replacement system and to eliminate difficult fuel line routing problems. The accessory kit requires no special insertion tools, uses quick-connect fittings, and allows typical installations to be completed in less than five minutes.
Fuel line repair and hanger clamps include nylon fuel line unions and hanger clamps. Nylon fuel line unions are specified for installation and for repairs and are specified with push-to-connect technology. The unions are specified for repair of fuel lines damaged by normal wear, debris, and rodents and are specified for repair of supply and return lines. Radiator, Oil & Fuel Caps
Radiator, oil, and fuel caps include radiator pressure caps, radiator pressure cap testers, oil filler caps, and fuel caps.
Radiator pressure caps replace original equipment caps, closed system caps, coolant recovery caps, and most competitive brand caps. Radiator pressure caps are available in Roto-Lock swivel, swivel style, lever style, and special applications configurations.
A radiator tester is configured for up to 30 pound cooling systems and pressure caps. The tester allows testing of higher pressure cooling systems and pressure caps up to 30 pounds. Cap testing pressure ranges are 7 to 19 lbs. and 28 to 30 lbs.
The tester includes a large color coded dial for accurate testing of higher pressure caps and systems. The head includes a pressure release bar that, when turned clockwise, releases pressure buildup before removing the head from the neck.
The tester is supplied in a plastic carrying case and includes one spacer for 1 inch deep filler necks for trucks, one cap adapter to check 3/4 inch deep caps, and instructions, manuals, and application charts. Additional adapter caps and instructions are available, including usage instructions and applications for all Stant adapters.

Lubrication
Drain plug kits provide complete coverage for domestic vehicles, import vehicles, and luxury cars. Drain plugs include OEM styles and oversize self-tapping designs. Differential plugs are included. Standard gaskets are included where required.

Ester refrigerant oil does not require complete removal of mineral oil when retrofitting to R134a, but as much mineral oil as possible must be removed using A/C Flush Solvent, and any mineral oil remaining in the system is fully compatible with Ester refrigerant oil.
Ester refrigerant oil can be used in R12 or R134a mobile A/C systems containing PAG, mineral, or paraffin oil. Ester refrigerant oil replaces all other oils in the system. A/C seal leak stop aerosol with UV dye charges into an A/C system with a standard R-134a valve and hose. A/C seal leak stop aerosol with UV dye contains UV leak detector dye, 2 oz. oil charge, and o-ring conditioner and is compatible with mineral, ester, and PAG oils. A/C seal leak stop aerosol with UV dye contains 2 oz. of R-134a refrigerant.
A/C leak sealant aerosol treats one R-134a system and is supplied as an aerosol.
A/C leak repair kit uses a moisture activated formulation that solidifies to form a patch to seal leaks in metal and rubber parts and seals metal leaks. A/C leak repair kit uses a moisture activated fluid that remains a liquid in the system and forms only at leak locations without blocking system components.
